Locomotion:
At this age your baby raises and bears weight on hands and knees and rocks back and forth. He creeps 5 feet on hands and knees with reciprocal arm and leg movement. When he is using a stable object for support, he is able to raise to a standing position. He lowers himself from a standing position to a sitting position without falling. He is able to take 4 alternating steps in place or forward with trunk support.
Stationary:
He maintains his balance while sitting and manipulating a toy. He pulls up from lying on back to sitting position using a chair for support. From lying on his stomach, he is able to raise to a sitting position to reach a toy.
